BODYFIIT training combines Strength Training and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). Designed to be a fat burning and energy inducing session, this workout will leave you sweating, smiling, and ready for more!

This type of training keeps your heart rate and metabolic rate elevated during the session in order to burn more calories. Whether you train with me one-to-one or train in a group, the BODYFIIT sessions are useful for all fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. In my sessions, you will get personal coaching in a group setting. You can work at your own pace and level of fitness. I will guide you and teach you proper “form,” which is essential for targeting each muscle group and for injury prevention. You will learn how to safely do plyometrics, which is an integral part of HIIT training.

All Sessions are at my Seaside Gym located in the Beautiful Seaside Village of Lions Bay.
