Training + customized Nutrition + Accountability & Mindset
You will be training with us in person with our certified personal training coaches and working 1 on 1 with our registered dietitian, sports nutritionists and mindset coaches.
You will experience a new level of accountability that goes beyond the workouts. Our coaches are trained in our tailored support system where every client receives proactive coaching and support on how to build a lifestyle that will sustain your transformation.
Every client understands that they no longer need raw discipline to stay consistent. They are now motivated by how they feel in their new body and lifestyle and empowered to make the daily decisions that keep them being the best they can be. They are truly confident in themselves by being completely in control of their outcome.
While every client starts on an 8-12 week transformation program, over 95% of our clients continue to work with us in a maintenance or continued progress phase. For those who are ready for real change, this program is here for you.
THE FIRST STEP
Before we can guarantee you results with this program, we want to get to know you better.
We schedule you for a 15 minute call with one of our reps to understand your current goals, lifestyle and roadblocks as well as familiarize you with how our proven process could help you.

This is where it all started. The Lions Bay Seaside Gym is our headquarters where our program originated and continues to transform lives.
NORTH VANCOUVER (PEMBERTON AVE)
With our immense growth in the last two years, we have needed to open a new location. We are temporarily partnering with Elevate Gym in North Vancouver acting as a satellite location until we find our own space in North Vancouver.
